Half of the House 1
The left half of the Reethus am Strand spans two levels and offers 160 m² of living space, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with an unobstructed ocean view! The cozy, converted attic offers two additional sleeping areas, allowing a total of 8 people to vacation here together.
The living room, with a direct ocean view, is located on the first floor and is fully equipped. Amenities include a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with a CD player, radio, and iPod docking station, as well as free Wi-Fi. The fireplace, with glass on two sides, promises cozy moments in front of the crackling fire. The large glass walls flood the room with light and offer an unobstructed view of the endless expanse of the Baltic Sea.
The kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the living area, features an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a Krups Nespresso machine for specialty coffees, toaster, electric kettle, and various small kitchen appliances is sure to delight any home cook. You’ll even have a view of the sea from the freestanding kitchen island.
A large wooden dining table with a distinctive finish accommodates up to 6 people for an enjoyable meal. During the warmer months, you can, of course, also dine outside in the fresh sea air. The terrace is fully furnished with seating. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—usually from May through the end of September.
The first floor also features a modern shower room with your very own private sauna, as well as an utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate throughout the entire floor.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. Each half of the house features 3 bedrooms—2 of which have a double bed (box-spring beds) measuring 180x200 cm or 160x200 cm and their own TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a country-style double bed measuring 160x200 cm. A travel crib is also available.
Two of the bedrooms offer an unobstructed ocean view—one of them directly from the bed—where you can enjoy the romantic sunrise.
This level also features the second bathroom with a shower/toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer. The bathroom additionally includes a bathtub, ensuring you don’t miss out on that spa-like feeling even while on vacation.
Each half of the house has its own spacious terrace with a stunning ocean view and the sound of the waves. Comfortable patio furniture, sun loungers, and a beach chair round out the excellent overall experience. Adjacent to this is the large, shared garden with direct access to the beach!
Two parking spaces are available per half of the house. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed.
Each half of the house is ideal for 6 guests—half 1 can also accommodate up to 8 guests thanks to the sleeping space in the attic. The entire house can also be booked for 12–14 people. A well-behaved dog is welcome in Half 1 upon request and for a small fee.
