Located right in the heart of the romantic fishing village of Klein Zicker, surrounded by water on all sides, is the “Küstenhus” with a view of the water. It’s just a few meters to the natural beach. A dreamlike sense of tranquility and a magnificent view are guaranteed here.
This architect-designed home features approximately 170 m² of living space spread over two levels. It offers 4 luxurious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a spacious living area with a tiled wood-burning stove. The huge terrace with a view of the water, its own beach chair, and a cozy seating area lets you forget the stresses of everyday life. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
The light-filled living and dining area with a view of the water is located on the first floor. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and an LED UHD TV. During the cooler months, the tiled wood-burning stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. The large built-in kitchenette, featuring an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and various small appliances, is sure to delight any amateur chef. A freestanding kitchen island with seating completes the open-concept kitchen-living room vibe.
The first floor also features two of the four bedrooms, each furnished with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with separate mattresses and a full-width topper. In front of one of the bedrooms, you’ll find another terrace where you can relax. You’ll also find your own small sauna area with a walk-in shower and toilet on the first floor.
A staircase leads you to the exceptionally beautiful upper floor. A large open loft with a desk and a lounge chair offers you a wonderful retreat within the house.
On the upper floor, two additional bedrooms await you—one of them featuring a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) (walk-through room) with separate mattresses and a full-length topper, as well as its own TV. The second bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with two single beds (box-spring beds, 90 x 200 cm) and also has its own TV. Of course, all bedrooms in the house have curtains to darken the rooms.
The main bathroom, featuring a large shower, a double sink, and a freestanding bathtub, is also located upstairs.
Two parking spaces and free Wi-Fi are, of course, also available.
The gorgeous “Küstenhus” in Klein Zicker is ideal for 1–8 guests. A small, well-behaved dog is also welcome upon prior notice and for a fee. Please bring your own firewood.
A refundable security deposit of 300 euros is required for this house.
