The vacation home is suitable for up to 8 people and a baby:
The house features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a sauna.
On the upper floor, some rooms have electric shutters, while others have
Velux blackout blinds.

This visually appealing clinker-brick country house, with glazed double
-layered plain-tile roofing and lattice windows
exudes a cozy atmosphere.
Through the generously sized mullioned, you can enjoy the view from
three of the four bedrooms over the neighborhood, the coast
at Gagersche Wiek, approximately 300 meters away (Gagersche Wiek), and in some cases all the way to the Gager marina.


There are 4 bathrooms:
1 bathroom on the first floor, 2 bathrooms on the upper floor, and 1 bathroom in the attic.
Underfloor heating on the first floor and first floor, granite – countertops and granite –
wall cladding.
All vanity tops are made of black Star Galaxy granite. 
Large mirrors; 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers measuring 100 x 140–160 cm
and 2 with bidets.

Directions to us:
From Stralsund, take the B 96 via Samtens to Bergen, about 2 km
before Bergen, then turn right onto the B 196 through Sellin,
Baabe, and Lobbe toward Thiessow.
About 2 km before reaching Bergen, turn right toward Gager / Groß Zicker.



Description of the town of Gager and the island of Rügen:
The tranquil former fishing village of Gager, partly situated on the
slopes of the Zicker Mountains, is located on the Mönchgut Peninsula in the southeastern
part of the island of Rügen.



It is nestled between the Baltic Sea, the vast reed beds,
vast salt marshes, and short-grass pastures.

In the village itself, there are now many newly built country homes. Gager
is located directly on the Baltic Sea and is about 3 km from the
kilometer-long, snow-white Baltic Sea beaches.
There is a regular beach, a dog beach, and a
nude beach.



The small marina, with its lovely restaurant, is always worth a visit
. From this harbor, you can also take
sightseeing boats on tours around the island as well as to the
neighboring island of Oy.



Mönchgut Peninsula: 
This peninsula, located in the southeastern part of the island of Rügen,
is called Mönchgut because it was cultivated by monks
in the Middle Ages and was separated from the
main island by adug by monks.



This part of western Rügen, with its rolling Bodden / tidal flat landscape
, with kilometers of sandy beaches, forest trails, and hiking paths
, is breathtaking—and it’s no wonder it was designated a biosphere reserve
.



Today, it is one of the island’s most popular vacation destinations.
, If you’re looking for a livelier atmosphere, the
seaside resorts of Baabe, Göhren, and Sellin, as well as the town of Binz, are not
far away.



Many hiking trails lead through beautiful little villages such as, for example,B.
Thiessow, Klein Zicker, etc., to the small fishing harbors, to the
Stone Age graves, or perhaps simply along the Baltic Sea.
