The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the beach. From the balcony, the apartment has a wonderful view of the sea and the fields behind the building. There is no lift which was semi-problematic with a stroller, and the curtains in the bedroom are useless. In the evening the sun shines directly into the room (& onto your toddler's face as he tries to sleep). They need to get blackout blinds for this room a least. Other than that, it was excellent.
