Location and how it was clean and equipped. The beds were large and comfortable. The cottage had everything one would need for a stay. Even a dishwasher and some firewood. The hosts left a gift basket and wine and include a binder with local places to dine and visit. There was a reserved parking spot right in front as well. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for 5 people. We wanted for nothing. The property was impeccably clean as well.
It can get hot upstairs, could use more fans for sleeping as the windows don’t stay open. We happened to stay during one of the warmest weeks. This is probably never an issue otherwise.
