Very cute and cozy cottage. Just what we needed for a trip away. Location was great. The host left us wine cookies tea coffee milk and sugar and even shower gel! It was easy to get the key details to get in. The cottage was sparkling clean, we enjoyed our stay so much would definitely book again.
One bathroom between 6 women was hard work. Only 2 toilet rolls were left and extra roll would have been great. Maybe the downstairs cupboard could be turned into just a toilet on its own especially as the cottage sleeps 6. Would have been great to have a bbq and hot tub outside (just a few suggestions) 😊

Location was great for Castleton and many walks. Nice choice of pubs and hotels for eating. Quiet at night. Parking space (although it would be a challenge if you had a larger vehicle). Complementary wine, biscuits and milk.
Although the house was a good size, it had (for us) too much furniture and soft furnishings. Gardens were a bit untidy and garden furniture had not been cleaned for a while. Extractor fan in the kitchen had similarly not been cleaned recently.
