Comfortabele accommodatie op prima locatie met geweldig uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon. Komt goed overeen met de beschrijving/foto's op de website. Goede en vriendelijke communicatie vanuit de host via Whatsapp, met duidelijke instructies, tips, en snelle reactie op vragen. Goede airco's, goede wifi.

Accommodatie is ietwat verouderd. Kranen in de badkamer/keuken hebben geen warm water (alleen de douche), keuken heeft elektrische kookplaat en wat verouderd keukengerei, kasten (keuken/slaapkamer) zijn wat rommelig en niet overal brandschoon. Kleine slaapkamer is nogal volgebouwd. Raam houdt weinig buitengeluid tegen.

The facilities are very old. The pool deck is not well maintained and some nails are sticking out. The gym is super old and I doubt the weights machine gets any maintenance, cables had no tension which can cause an accident

The apartment hasn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time. The horizontal surfaces were wiped clean, everything else was grotty, especially the bathroom and kitchen. It’s very cluttered, eg more than 30 plastic flower displays. The whole apartment is tired, in need of repair and refresh. Many things don’t work properly, eg the aironditionkng is so loud you can’t sit on the balcony, and it leaks a lot of water. Toilets tricky to flush. One shower didn’t work. Etc
