River view as per advertised. Location near to a lot of attractions such as Waterfront (about 3km), Topspot, cat statue in front McD, upside down house, etc. A lot of parking in front for those renting a car. Wake up morning and can directly go to kopitiams on the ground floor. Comfortable beds, comforter, and pillows. They provided towels, body wash soap, and toilet paper. All rooms equipped with air conditioner that works really well (all seems new). But no aircond at the living hall, but they provided 2 ceiling fans and 1 stand fan which adequate enough. Self Check-in is smooth.

Stairs. No lift. Expect to climb the stairs of your room is in the 3rd or 4th floor. Not recommended for elderly or OKU-physical. Don't expect to cook or reheat any meals since there are no induction cooker or microwave. No kitchen area or dining at all. Water heater is good, but when turning on the water full blast, the water will not be hot as intended. Has to lower down the water pressure so that it can heat properly.
