It's very convenient to access the mall
When returning key in morning the mall is not open and the door is locked so we had to walk down through car park area to the mall. Not too convenient for this

The accessibility to places and shopping lots.
Convenience to shop.
Instructions to collect homestay keys easily comprehended.
Towels provided were cleaned.
The floor in the unit that we stayed in was not swept properly and there was even a toenail left behind.
The toilet bowl was not cleaned and the yellow stains remained.
The kitchen sink had some residue and the water kettle had ants in it.
The leather sofas were really dirty (underneath).
There was leftover hair on the bedsheets.
The lift was smelly caused by the garbage disposal.
