It is very private, clean and suitable for family trips
The pillow case and bed sheet require some replacements, they are starting to show yellowish color. I’ve already informed the management and hope they take care of it

The bathroom spacey and large and very comfortable
The channel availabe is not clear, the bathroom slimey so it doenst like it havent been scrub.

The stay did not include breakfast. It was only for overnight stay.
We were not told in advance to check in and collect the key from the Roxy Hotel at another location. Of all things, we were informed by email on the check in which was erroneous. We received this joke of your email after we had check out. What is going on with your management ?
