    I would not recommend this apartment, especially for families with young children. The apartment was dirty and dusty, with damaged flooring, dusty furniture, an unclean kitchen and water heater, and old towels that did not meet the expected standard. The air conditioner was not working properly, the TV could not be turned on, and the broken TV power socket was a serious safety hazard. Overall, I am very disappointed as the apartment did not meet my expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or safety.

    Never trust the pictures shown. The apartment looks much better in the listing than it does in reality. The photos are misleading, and the actual condition was very disappointing. The floors were super dusty to the point that I had to wash my feet every 5–10 minutes, and every room was covered in dust. All of the furniture was old, and the bed sheets made my skin itch, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Seriously, they need to replace the sheets—they looked like they had been used for far too long and had black spots and bumps on them. The air conditioning units were also very old and extremely loud, which made it hard to rest. There were also unpleasant odors throughout the apartment. No water bottle was provided, and the towels were smelly and felt very cheap. The listing also features photos of the swimming pool and other facilities, but guests are not allowed to use them unless they are residents. This was not made clear beforehand, which was misleading. Communication was another major issue. The staff responsible for guest communication were unresponsive and unhelpful. We received no email, text message, or check-in instructions before our arrival. We only got the information after calling them ourselves to ask how to access the apartment. Their attitude came across as rude, and they showed very little concern for helping guests. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re expecting the property to match the advertisement or hoping for good customer service.
