    Never have I ever tidur dalam hotel yang ada lipas ! we arrived 9 pm, then directly went to sleep . the next morning 1 lipas dekat bathroom. 2 lipas appear from bawah katil. Euw! Decided to check out early because we dont want to deal with that. complaint to front counter staff, they just ask if i have complaint before and will told the cleaner to clean well next time . patutnya sepanjang panjang masa clean. bukan next time .

    We checked in on 16/7 , we booked premier king but staff gave us queen , when we dispute the staff said they can't give us king due to fully booked which we are very disappointed this is ridiculous response, after our complaints the staff manage to provide us a king room. After check in to the room we want to use the hotel internet but we are unable to log in to the hotel wifi and we checked with front desk staff , he said he can't do anything. It is really unusual to the quality of service to the customer. Hope your staff can be fully trained to treat customer in better manner
