    Room & Environment: 8/10 | Food: 7/10 Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was spacious, with a cosy bed, good air conditioning, a working mini fridge, Netflix, and two access cards. I especially loved the interior design! A few minor drawbacks include the slightly noisy air conditioner, obstructed balcony view due to safety grills, frosted bathroom walls that let light through, and a tricky door security chain. Parking was the main concern, as spaces were limited, especially during full occupancy. Luckily, I managed to find a spot! The food was decent but could be improved. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and had a good experience overall.

    Upon entering my room, I discovered that body shampoo was not provided. I tried calling the front desk to request assistance, but unfortunately, nobody answered my calls. Furthermore, there was no hotel staff available to deliver the body shampoo to my room. This situation was disappointing and inconvenient, as providing essential toiletries and ensuring that guests can reach the front desk for assistance are basic hotel service standards. I believe guests should not have to experience such inconvenience, especially when they have paid for a comfortable and satisfactory stay. The lack of response and failure to provide the requested amenities reflect poorly on the hotel’s service quality. I hope the management will take this complaint seriously, investigate what went wrong, and take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from happening to other guests. I look forward to your response and an appropriate resolution to this matter.
