    The stay was okay, but honestly, nothing particularly impressive. I acknowledge that I should have checked the deposit requirements beforehand. However, the deposit information was stated at the very end, which I unfortunately overlooked. When I arrived late without cash or a credit card, alternative payment methods were unavailable and I had to call my child to bring me the money. Perhaps the hotel could consider providing alternative payment options or a little flexibility for unexpected situations like this. I understand the importance of hotel policies, but having other options available would certainly improve the guest experience. Honestly, I don’t quite understand why this place is so hyped up. To me, it’s more impressive in reputation than in reality. Overall, just an average experience, and unfortunately, not somewhere I’d return to.

    Worsest than haunted hotel. Arrived at 9.30pm with my mother , upon check in was told to pay RM100 deposit, okay but only cash or credit card, I don’t have cash , I asked for payment by debit card , the long hair female receptionist direct rejected and told only accept cash and credit card. And told me the nearest atm at the general hospital beside the hotel,. 9pm ++ 2 female, my mother very unwell, and told I can’t check in without paying the deposit by cash or credit card. What kind of service you are ?? Hello Not saying that I don’t pay I don’t have money, but please lah consider your guest may be a unwell patient, a female , considering the safety issue etc , Very terrible service and experience I ever met , 1st and last, Btw , I saw female ghost at the room with short hair
