    Central location. Easy to get to the waterfront and lots of excellent food options s nearby. Room was large, cool and comfortable. Everything worked and it was very clean. The big negative - an alarm kept going off outside. We had been prepared for traffic noise but that wasn't a problem. The alarm was. Hotel staff told us that it is a bank alarm and has been going off at night for a long time. The hotel offered us another room but if they know about this issue they should be up front about it on check in. We didn't want to move rooms at 1.30am!

    The staff was very friendly. The room was very big. And the smart tv was really convenient because i still can watch my personal channels like i was never away from home.

    The location was definitely the highlight of my stay, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and I appreciated that there was plenty of parking available for guests. The TV offered a good variety of channels, although some had poor colour quality. However, there were several aspects that affected the overall comfort of the stay. The room and bathroom both felt quite cramped. The pillows were too low and did not provide adequate support for a comfortable night’s sleep, which affected my sleep quality. Another inconvenience was that an iron was not provided in the room. I had to request one every day, and the quality varied—some irons had steam, while others did not. Overall, while the excellent location, friendly staff, and ample parking were definite positives, I felt that the room’s comfort and facilities did not justify the price. The rates were a little high considering the cramped space and the issues with comfort and amenities.
