Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, typical Malay suburban house, featuring a living room, study and a kitchen with a big round dining table (containing everything needed to cook for a family if the guest so desires) on the ground floor; three bedrooms on the first floor.
The house is conveniently located just outside the busy city centre and all the major points of interest, just out of earshot of its (at times) busy traffic; it is very quiet and so are the surrounding streets. Old town and city centre can be reached on foot, but also quite easily by Grab car (RM 6-8, normally within 5-8 minutes).
We found management to be attentive, sympathetic and responsive, helpful when requested, and (importantly) knows where to find all and everything a visitor might be looking for in Kuching.

Toilets and showers could be better. Water pressure must be stronger esp for the shower.
