Location Location!! Arguably probably the best place in Kuching ! Close to whatever direction you wanted to go! Grabs were easy if you needed them.. The view over the river & the foreshore was a bonus.. The apartment itself was bigger than I thought it would be.. can’t sugarcoat it! It was very dated as was the whole building! Definitely in need of some upgrades & maintenance.. we had some minor issues initially but the owner was lovely & fixed what had to be done straight away.. The pool was good but the steps & decking looked awful! They are like an accident waiting to happen!l all in all we had to overlook the negatives as the positives outweighed them.. but if you are used to anything other than basic this isn’t for you!

The location was perfect for us! With direct access to the river promenade. The apartment had a balcony with the river view, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
A special thanks to madam Wong who made sure everything was well and taken cared of. Definitely recommend this place

The prime and location as it is situated at the riverwalk area. The management of the homestay is very friendly and responsive.
The unit is old and a bit run down. And the unit consists of too many unused old furniture and items. The sofa is damaged. The floor mats and pillows are old and should be changed.
