The location is perfect, and the view is awesome. My family had a good night’s sleep. It is suitable for families with kids. The host is very kind and responsive.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The location was pretty decent and central to the nearby spots. Overall had a very good trip and stay, highly recommended.
The pool area was under renovation, so couldn't enjoy that aspect but otherwise everything was nice.

The apartment is in a good location on the Kuching river front, it is spacious and well equipped.
1) The bedding on the master bed smelled bad, probably not dried properly following a previous wash.
2) The toilet in the master bedroom blocked. It appears to be a recurring problem due to the presence of a plunger and drain unblocking chemicals.
3) The property has notices on the entry doors and in the lifts stating that Airbnb, home stays and short term rentals not allowed in these premises.
