The facility, the location. Specious, clean and complete with the necessity for a good whole week stay. The view of the sarawak river is unobstructed. There's a huge refrigerator and microwave as well as a washing machine. Underground parking is always available. The mattresses are comfortable too. This facility is now my favourite accommodation after merdeka palace. A 7E outlet on the ground floor is another plus.

The toilet facility, flush not working well n no warm water at toilet no 2.
