The property was clean and modern and retrofitted. Pictures are as represented. Location was good for our purpose as you could reach the Mailbox, Victoria square, the Bullring and other places of interest by foot.
Finding the property posed a challenge as there was no signage or house number to identify. There are no lifts, only stairs, so if travelling with luggage may pose a challenge for some. We requested king-size beds, but in effect they were two singles pushed together, in both rooms occupants experienced falling between gap in middle of bed during sleep.

Great property, well furnished in a great location. Good for the family to have their own space and that the request for one of the double beds to be split into two singles was accommodated. :o) The exit directly to the dockside on the first floor was incredibly handy, but we did not have the keys to enter back in that way and so had to walk round to Scotland Street. It would have been even better if keys were provided to access the building from the dockside.
The beds were not the most comfy. Thin sprung mattresses need changing for a more upmarket experience to match the rest of the property. Also, outside of your control, but no lift to the upper floors and the street was very noisy at night (we had the windows open due to the heat, although closing them did reduce the noise considerably).

Hygiëne en de matrassen van het bed. Die waren verschrikkelijk. Schoonmaak doen ze niet, en als we nieuw in het appartement komen en er zitten nog remsporen in de wc van de andere of van het schoonmaak personeel dan is mijn plezier ervan af.
