Spacious, nice decor, modern industrial style. A good sized, comfortable living area and plenty of en suite bedroom accommodation to suit the size of our group of friends. Well located to walk to interesting parts of Birmingham and restaurants, bars within 10 minutes’ walk. No car needed.

The property was great and we liked the location. There is currently an active building site and cranes right opposite the building, so it wasn’t a great view from the front bedrooms, but that will only be a short term thing, as the industrial area is regenerated.

Lovely open plan layout downstairs, great to have four en suite bedrooms plus downstairs toilet. Short walk along the canal to Brindley place containing restaurants and bars (can get the tram from there to shopping centre) Also some bars, cafes, restaurants, fast food places and a small Tesco on the way to jewellery quarter, going the opposite direction. Ideal location, close enough to walk to but also far enough away if you want a bit quieter at night. Great communication from the team if we needed any information, help or recommendations, before during and after our stay.

Great Location. The way it is set up is perfect for bigger groups (we were a group of 8).

This could easily be a 10/10. Unfortunately the place is pretty run down. Broken chairs, disgusting carpets, stained couches. Nothing that a deep clean and a few replacements here and there could not easily fix so it’s a real shame those things are simply not taken care of.
