Great value for money stay

Great location and having 4 bedrooms with en-suite was perfect and fantastic value for money.

One of the bathrooms looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months with the level of dirty around the sink and shower.

Very convenient and comfortable accommodation for Birmingham ICC

Very convenient location, only improvement would be dedicated parking space, but we did find on street parking nearby (until 08:00 am) Good internal space, good value for money. Lots of information in the app. Great for our group as all rooms en suite. Liked first aid kit provision in kitchen, including aspirin (check expiry date).

Property looking a little worn in places, stairs carpet dirty, maybe suggest people take their shoes off before going upstairs (once carpet cleaned). Few scuff marks on walls. Shower in one room not clean at edges where doors moved.

Good value, nice place.

We hardly had any time there as we were on a work trip. So arrived, slept and then left, but a very nice place, just a shame we didn't get to enjoy it more.

Having to provide ID. I understand why it's done and it's fair enough, but this part of the stay felt very corporate rather than friendly. Nothing wrong with being properly managed, but its nicer when you deal with the owners.

Very good stay, that was in a superb location and great value for money.

The apartment was very spacious and served its purpose for 10 of us staying for 2 nights. Each room was a good size and the kitchen open living area was also very pleasant. Great value for money and was an easy short walk to the city centre.

A few points which I have mentioned to the host. Example: Not enough hot water for 10 people to shower. TV didn’t play YouTube videos, BBC Iplayer, or any live channels.

Location was excellent, so much space in the house. All the rooms were clean and had their own modern shower etc... Kitchen had everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Really good for what we needed, just a few tweaks needed

Good location for bar etc, just a 10-15 min walk. Good layout, 3 story house and ensuites for each bedroom with a double and single in each room

parking is a bit tricky for that many people, no parking included and car parks are a bit expensive in that area. There is on street parking around though The place was clean on first look, however not thoroughly cleaned in some areas, underbeds, sofas etc Not a big enough dining table for 12 adults, despite have that many beds

Great place, lots of room and space for a group to stay

Lovely property, just what we needed. Clean. Well appointed. Good location and easy to walk to things. WiFi didn’t work but the host gave us 10% off and came out to try and fix it so it was good customer service.

The kitchen utensils provided wouldn’t be so adequate if you wanted to proper meals etc but we ate out so that wasn’t an issue.

Life saver 😂

We had booked another apartment but turned up and left immediately 🤢 So grateful to have been able to secure this property very last minute but within 30 minutes of booking we were in and could immediately relax. Fantastic for a group of three to have our own bedrooms and en suites. Comfy beds, clean bedding and towels and had everything we needed to settle in. Really close to ICC for our conference. Lots of good food options around.

Lovely property, but very poor communication

Good size rooms, close to the city centre, walking distance. Black out curtains, ensuite for every bedroom.

Electric heaters weren't easy to use, there were no instructions on how to use them. When I messaged and called the company, there was no response. Hot water went cold after 3 people showered. So one morning we had freezing water. Again I messaged about this and never received a response. The staff response was very poor. When I messaged for the wifi code, I didn't receive it until the next day. We had booked a 2 night stay, so that was half of our trip without the WiFi code.

Overall we had a really great stay and the house was beautiful, we would definitely come again.

The location was great and the house was decorated to a modern standard. All the bedrooms were very spacious and an en-suite for each room was great and really useful.

Unfortunately the hot water ran out every morning after only 3 people had showered. This was unexpected given that we booked for 8 people and we did not expect such a well designed home to have issues with hot water. Also there were a few basic supplies which were not there such as replacement bin bags, dishwasher tablets (we had to buy our own) enough cutlery for the number of guests. Also the carpets had not been vacuumed.

Fantastic house with everything you could want! Close to centre too.

Fantastic location to Birmingham centre, only 10 minute walk and felt like it was a safe area. All the rooms were extremley clean, and felt almost brand new! And I know they are not as we stayed last christmas. Cant really falt antying and we will most likley be back next year again.
