Fun time close to Dollywood

The space was good for the amount of beds we needed at a great price. It was also close to Dollywood. The heat worked well after being out in the cold, the shower pressure was amazing!

It was deserted, we saw hardly anyone, it kind of seemed like a ghost town

Never stay at this property

The space was nice and large. I enjoyed the hot tub until the guests above us checked in and had their hot tub water coming over the balcony onto our heads.

We had so many problems I would never recommend this place to anyone. From rude guests to having someone banging on the door demanding that we open the door for supposed maintenance that had no identification and said he was calling the police if we didn't open the door! Then the people staying above us pounding so loudly on the floor above we couldn't sleep and then I thought the hot tub above us was leaking because water was pouring down from the floor above as we were trying to enjoy our hot tub and then realizing that someone had come into our unit while we were out and took the portable air conditioner out. I brought all these issues up with management who just said sorry! Totally unacceptable to have someone come into our space with our things while we were out. They said they had an emergency in another unit and needed the air conditioner but I should have been notified and should have been there instead of coming into our space while we were out. God knows what they did. I plan on speaking with our attorney over this. Have never ever had someone come into a rental without notification while we were out and still never mentioned it. We noticed the air conditioner was gone out of the living room and I had to ask the property if someone came in and took it. Their response was yes they did and sorry we didn't notify you. Totally unacceptable!!

It was a great value for what our family needed on a short trip.

Parking was not easy, other guests were too loud through the night. The walls were very thin and it didn’t block out noise. Not enough trash bags.

Decent place based on cost and location.

The property was in a very good location. It was close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

It’s definitely an older property and the toilets did not really flush very well. They could also do a better job cleaning. There was some cobwebs and the baseboards were very dusty. Other than all of that, it was very good for the cost.
