Pine Needles by Eden Crest

Centrally located, right across from dollywood and 5-10 mins from most tourist attractions. Perfect size! Comfy beds, loved the hot tub! Lots of kitchen utensils and we used the outdoor grill once! Felt like not just a place to stay. Gorgeous view! Plenty of trash bags and paper towels available. Loved having ice! Cabins were spaced far apart enough where no one could hear our dogs.

Kitchen scissors were missing, we suggest an ice cream scoop also 😋 ran out of toilet paper the morning we left but we also had a long stay. Not much grassy areas for dogs to go potty.

Private. But near every thing . Ten stars ⭐️ for bed comfort, couch comfort & water pressure !

Slightly musty smell

Hot tub, jacuzzi, comfortable bed. Clean and not to far from town. AC worked great the days it was near 90. Heat worked great when we had highs of 68.

Had to call to get code to door, was not provided in advance. Call reception was not great, they kept asking if I was still on the line. Would have been better to get the code before arriving. Alarm went off and they had to provide the code while I was listening to the alarm sounding. Having that code before hand would have been good. The water went out one evening, not a big deal but 2 hours with no toilet or shower was inconvenient. After water was restored, the toilet in the room would not accept water. Had to use a pitcher and fill it from the tub with multiple trips per flush. I called multiple times about the toilet and maintenance did come check it and got it working a little but it took about 5 mins to fill for 1 flush. Did this for 2 days. Drain was slow, so most of the time it required multiple flushes. Slow drain was not reported. I kind of thought Eden Crest would offer something for all the troubles, they did nothing.
