Great location, lovely caravan, easy arrival key collection, it has everything you need. it could do with a little TLC which I relayed to the owner. Nothing to impede our holiday we had a fab holiday 👍
Does not state in your advert you have to take your own bedding and says it has a pool and entertainment but it’s not included so you have to pay additional costs.

Location was fantastic , caravan clean and comfortable
Nothing not to like , one thing worth mentioning is using the site facilities is extra cost , swimming and going to the entertainment , which we purchased as the kids love swimming.

The caravan was old and tatty., stains on seats and carpet. We weren't able to use the camp facilities because we didn't book through Haven. It was ok but certainly not worth the money.
More communication and more info on what was actually included
