Le logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée ce qui permet de ne pas avoir trop chaud ce qui est idéal l'été par contre cela rend l'appartement assez sombre.
Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable.
Il manque quelques accessoires de cuisine comme un dessous de plat et des torchons.
