- House was very spacious, clean and enough for staying 3-4 persons.
- Very well equipped kitchen
- Nice bathroom, good water pressure
- Very good location
- Very friendly host
- Parking. The public parking is a nightmare in Madrid. There is no public parking around the area, only public street parking. Spent 25 minutes driving around upto 1km surrounding before we found a spot to park.

It was an unusual but spacious apartment which was located perfectly close to our family who live in Vista Alegre.
The stairs! But we got used to them in the end. They wouldn’t be suitable for some older or disabled people though.
