Muy atenta Ana, el trato muy cordial y siempre respondió rápidamente.
El check in sumamente complicado. Realmente nos costó. Sólo proveen un único juego de llaves. Es realmente incómodo. La calefacción no permite ser regulada, es automática y por momentos nos hubiera gustado subirla un poco… pero no existía esa posibilidad.
