Perfect for a family stay. Nice and quiet location. Very new apartment, clean and very good code lock system, got all you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortablel bed and sofa bed. Half an hour walk to the centre, or a few bus/metro routes to every where. Nice and helpful people.
Bathroom is inside bedroom, so not very convenient for people sleep in the living room to go at night.

El ruido del Aire Acondicionado y las Almohadas, mejorables. El parking cercano es carísimo y hay zona verde y azul, difícil para aparcar.

The heating on the room was great, the variety of appliances for cooking and cleaning was superb and the room was located in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center.
There was no available staff on site, meaning that it's not possible to leave your luggage prior and after your stay before the room is ready or you need to leave. It also means that no assistance is available if needed by staff, all messages for check in and check out are automated and you have to reach out in a separate email (outside of booking) to communicate if needed. The pillows are the thickness of a pancake and the sofa-bed was far too stiff and hard to sleep in.
