Comfortable at Center of city

The hotel is about 10 steps from the metro entrance. So very easy to get to the city centre.
It was really clean and the staff were friendly.
It got quite noisy with other guests in the hallway, but I had ear plugs so ended up not an issue.
I would stay here again

It was a very comfortable stay with duvet blanket and very clean toilet! We were very well rested and thank you very much for letting us have an early check in due to available room! Location is not in city centre but it is fine as subway station is just beside the hotel

Location isn’t the best, although there is a metro station right outside the hotel, but it doesn’t get you everywhere and it’s very complicated to use (especially if you don’t speak Spanish). They wouldn’t even give a bottle of water for the remaining days of a my stay (only the one at arrival). No room service. No coffee machine. No way to get a coffee in the morning unless you pay for the buffet breakfast which not everyone wants! Not even a tissue box in the room! The staff was hit or miss depending on the person. Some were very nice and provided recommendations. Others were extremely dismissive and couldn’t care less. Not to mention that it’s not cheap for a 3 stars hotel, so I definitely expected better. Overall the room was nice and clean but I could hear the people in the next room. Luckily I spent most of my time roaming the city so I didn’t have to listen to them much!
