Cuando llegué a la puerta del apartamento, aún no me habían enviado las claves para entrar. Después de 40 minutos, conseguí hablar con alguien y lo primero que me dice es que me manda, en lugar de las claves, primero el formulario de checkin, después de haber pasad 40 minutos en la calle. Otros 5 minutos para rellenar el formulario y recibir las claves, que esa persona, sabiendo que había estado 40 minutos esperando, me podía haber enviado directamente. Eso no es tratar bien a los clientes.

I had to wait an hour infront of the hotel and the gate since they didn't give me the link for check-in although I had requested from 3days ago to the day by Agoda message, e-mail, calling as well. I don't know why only I couldn't receive the link however, during I'm waiting I could see many of guests have the link and get inside. Finally I checked-in and stayed well in the hotel. I wouldn't have stayed at the hotel if I had any other way at that time.

I stayed here for two days and had a terrible experience. A day in advance, I emailed the staff to ask if I could store my luggage in advance. They only replied with one email asking where I had booked, which I did. In the following 24 hours, I sent three emails hoping for confirmation about whether I could store my luggage, but received no reply. On the day of check-in, I continued to email Entail to inquire about check-in. Check-in time was 3 pm, but when I arrived at the accommodation at 2:30 pm, I still hadn't received any check-in instructions. After waiting outside for half an hour, a cleaning lady opened the door for me. I asked them to help me contact the landlord, but none of the three cleaning ladies could help. I had to contact Agoda's customer service for help, and after an hour of communication, I still hadn't received the check-in code. I had booked tickets for the Royal Palace of Madrid for 4:30 PM, but the staff wouldn't let me store my luggage. I had to pay 50 euros to store it outside, then take a taxi to the Royal Palace. They didn't send me the check-in link until 6 PM after my visit. After filling out the forms and waiting for the check-in code, it was already 7:30 PM – I spent six hours checking in! To make matters worse, the check-in keypad lock was faulty, and it took us another 30 minutes to open the door. The same thing happened the next day; the lock was broken. It was absolutely terrible. I don't recommend staying here; you'll have a nightmare. They are incredibly slow to reply to emails and WhatsApp messages. You should check in at least three days in advance, or you'll go crazy. We even saw huge cockroaches before we left, it was awful.
