    Stayed at NH Atocha due to strategic location for a festival. At first, I suffered from some sticker shock, but the rooms are clean and have everything you need, and the service quality is truly lovely. The team at the hotel are warm, multilingual, ready to help at any hour (quite literally - we came home 🏡 past 5 AM more than once 😆). At first I was worried about value for money. After a few days, I’m wondering when I can stay again ☺️. Thank you!

    Switched to this hotel mid trip as my original accommodation was a party hostel. Did not disappoint at all. It's literally 2 minutes away from Atocha station, and that makes all the difference under the scorching late spring Madrid sun. Walking distance to many major sightseeing places and very helpful staff.

    The air condition in the hotel aren’t working, toiletter stuff not available . There was one the bed lights so at night it’s not enough and finally the blanket is in a bad quality. I was disponted knowing that’s it’s an NH hotel
