L’emplacement et le confort général de l’appartement ! De plus notre hôte a toujours étais disponible et de bon conseil
Il manque quelques élément dans la cuisine comme par exemple une passoire pour les pâtes un peux plus de couvert car la cuisine est très bien équipée en électroménager et se prête à cuisiner! Le parking en sous sol était un plus mais les places sont très étroite !

Da gusto tratar con un anfitrión como Juan. Atento en todo momento. La casa está muy bien ubicada. Está junto a una parada de metro, supermercados, y es tranquila. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de vacaciones en Madrid. La plaza de garaje es un plus sin dudas
Por decir algo, como crítica constructiva, echamos en falta alguna almohada más blanda, y las sartenes estaban muy viejas. El resto de menaje estaba perfecto

Fijn appartement met een goed bed en fijn douche. Ideaal dat het op 2 minuten lopen van het metrostation is gelegen en dat je gratis kan parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het appartement. De gastheer, Juan, is erg behulpzaam, geeft goede tips en reageert supersnel per whatsapp.
De toegang tot de parkeergarage is een beetje ingewikkeld (het is onduidelijk welk kant de in- en uitgang is en je moet op een bepaald punt voor de ingang staan om de deur met de afstandsbediening te kunnen openen). De instructies hiervoor zouden verbeterd kunnen worden (maar Juan reageerde supersnel per whatsapp waardoor het alsnog snel lukte om de garagedeur te openen).
