Perez Escrich Apartments

I loved it and honestly, I'd like to live there! The layout of the apartment was excellent, everything was very clean and beautiful and all the appliances new. The hosts responded immediately and were very accommodating. The roof terrace was simply amazing and the view from there as well. I will say, it looks bigger in the photos but it's still quite large and spacious. The neighbourhood isn't central but that's my preference and it doesn't take long to get to the city center. There are grocery stores, bus stops, metro stops and everything you'd need only a few minutes away walking. As far as I know, the apartments are very soundproof. At least I wasn't aware of any noise when I was inside my apartment.

Nothing major and absolutely nothing that lowers my score. One thing I would've preferred to have in the description is the fact that there is a school next door. It didn't bother me much but still, you're very aware of them when sunbathing for example, as the glass is completely see-through. Might be a good idea to frost it half way through or something similar. In the kitchen it would be nice to add oven mitts, reusable baking paper sheet, some kitchen paper or at least an extra kitchen towel, especially for a week long stay. Also, it would have been nice to have more laundry and dishwasher tablets for such a long stay, but I ended up buying some and leaving behind, so not a huge issue. The fridge kept moving as it was opened and closed so it would be smart to to something to make it more stable. It would also be nice to have ice cube molds so you don't have to buy large bags of ice. These are just suggestions on my part and would be nice add-ons, the stay is still fantastic!

Todo, limpio, acogedor, camas muy cómodas, muy cerca de parada de autobús y estación de metro. Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, tiene todo lo básico que ocupas para una estancia. Fácil acceso, en 1er piso, tiene terraza.

It was new and very clean, safe and easy access, close to metro and bus stops and air conditioning in all rooms!
