Apartament dość przestronny (2 sypialnie i salonik z kuchnią sprawdziły się bardzo dobrze). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do stacji metra (5 minut) oraz centrum Madrytu (10-15 minut spacerem). W okolicy dużo sklepów oraz restauracji.
Brakowało w kuchni herbaty i kawy. Trochę trzeba doczyścić lodówkę i łazienkę.

Lokalizacja korzystna, warunki komfortowe na kilka dni, ogrzewanie efektywne, bliski dojazd metrem na lotnisko i autobusem na plac Major
Przed przyjazdem wystąpiły trudności w komunikacji telefonicznej, potem już było lepiej, wystąpiły problemy z netem i właściciel natychmiast przyjechał, moja opinia jest taka iż obiekt spełnia rzeczywiście najwyższe standardy, kolejny raz zatrzymam się w Roco

Our flight was cancelled and we had to book an earlier flight, which then required us to arrive at the property before our check-in time. The owner not only allowed us to leave our luggage onsite but then made an exception and allowed us to check-in right on the spot for which we are truly appreciative. Furthermore, he was always available to answer our questions whenever we needed anything. Finally, the location is in a quieter part of town away from the congestion and noise of the central areas. By Taxi, Uber, or Bolt... you can get to the main areas in about 10-12 minutes.
I liked everything. No issues to report.
