Beautiful hideaway in the heart of the village

It was blissful and definitely we would stay again!

The decor and the style was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable too. It was in the centre of the village. Spotlessly clean. We loved it, it was unique. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in.

The settee was a bit low for us (but we are tall!) There wasn’t a dishwasher but as there was only 2 of us that didn’t actually matter.

A much needed peaceful and luxurious break thank you X

Everything it’s just gorgeous intimate and cosy, bed soooo comfortable. Great for two people. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We loved it and will definitely return. Owners lovely so helpful. Gorgeous little village n beautiful area to explore and close to others for example, Settle which was stunning too. Smashing pubs n little restaurants n lovely farm shops locally.

Absolutely nothing. Only thing we didn’t like is that we couldn’t stay longer ! Work beckoned sadly.

Beautiful place to stay

The Nicky Nook is perfect! It was very cold when we went on holiday but there are new radiators that you can easily adjust the settings on and pick your temperature. The kitchen was well stocked - we used the hobs, microwave and the oven and all worked very well. It was immaculate- the cleanest place we have ever stayed at! Very impressed. The hosts were really responsive. We had a wonderful time and will recommend Nicky Nook to anyone visiting Ingleton! We went for the Ingleton Waterfall trail which is 10mins walk away, but we also went to the Wedesleydale Creamery and Windemere too - both less than 40 minutes drive away.

No welcome pack even little packets of biscuits to have with a cup of tea when you arrive would have been nice. 2 small packs of popcorn not the same Not the Yorkshire welcome experienced before. No sugar for husbands tea Had to put water in the soap dispenser in the bathroom as needed replenishing. No instructions on how to put the heating on

We had a very relaxing break in a beautiful location. The cottage had everything we needed.

Beautiful Little Hideaway

Great spot right in the middle of Ingleton. But also tucked into private gardens and with birds and peacefulness. Lots of space. Highly recommended.

We didn’t realize until we were there that you can only have 2 on the property at any one time due to insurance so we couldn’t have my parents over for a meal as we were reminded of this odd rule. Not a big deal.

Very comfortable stay right in the town centre

Beautifully decorated, clean, with all the amenities (kitchen pots and pans, basic toiletries, very good heating, TV) in an excellent location.

The toilet flush made a loud grinding noise - not a problem at day time, but cant be used at night if anyone is a light sleeper

Very high standard of accommodation in a lovely village. We will definitely be returning.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed in and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little getaway. We booked it as we were doing the waterfall trail which is literally a 5 min walk away. Right in the centre close to some lovely restaurants and pubs. The property itself was done to a very high standard with an enclosed private garden that I would imagine would be glorious to sit out in during the summer. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning next year. Thank you ☺️
