Fantastic location, nice kitchen/diner and living room. Also, lovely balcony overlooking river, but too busy walking and cycling to use š. Beds good, slept very well, and 2 good bathrooms.
Everything was great. If I had to be critical, then there is only dedicated parking for 1 car, but we had 2 cars and never had any problem parking by the house.

Very quirky, home from home vibe and the location was spot on. It was spotless within and the bottle of wine upon arrival was an extra touch that made our arrival sweet. Instructions of where to park was brilliant, everything was just so easy. Will we be back, yes we will (already looking at dates for next year). All the little extra touches that seem trivial just made it perfect. Thankyou, the house was perfect from start to finish.

Great location and surprisingly big inside. All very tidy and clean. Was perfect location to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks!
Having the river outside is a lovely feature, but it does make it a bit noisy when the windows are opened.

It had everything you could need the bed was really comfortable and the balcony was great
only minor things no downstairs toilet
The two steep slopes to get to the village but my husband had had an op so it probably wouldnāt bother other people

The host had thought of so many little things that made us feel very at home and comfortable. These included generous non-essentials, such as kitchen roll, clingfilm, little lights on the floor that light up on the landing at night as you pass them, lots of blankets, balls and bed for the dog.
Even more fool proof induction hub instructions in the Guest guide.

This is a beautiful house right on the bank of the river. All 3 bedrooms are a decent size and overall it is a very comfortable place to stay with a welcoming large living area. Bed linen and towels were great. The location is superb - you can hear the birds singing and the river flowing if you open the windows or sit on the lovely balcony. We spent many an evening on the balcony with a bottle of wine just enjoying the ambience. It's a few minutes walk to the main street and you are extremely close to the famous Ingleton waterfall walk. Other reviewers have mentioned issues with parking. We bought a weeks pass from the community centre car park for just £18 - it is 3 mins walk from the house, very safe and well lit, and this avoided any problems finding a spot or upsetting any neighbours. There are also multiple electric car chargers both in that car park and the waterfall one, which made life very easy. Would highly recommend Gem cafe just up the hill and La Trattoria on the main street. The Marton Arms a short drive away is also worth a visit. You can walk to the famous White Scar cave in about 30 mins depending on your route and it's an easy to base from which to climb Ingleborough.
Nothing really.

Lovely cottage right on the river. Spacious inside and all the facilities that you would need. Everywhere was clean and the hosts were in touch to check everything was OK. This place is right in the centre of Ingleton with a little steep bank to walk up to get to the heart of the village. Lovely area. Would recommend this property and the area to stay.

I loved this quiet, peaceful home-away-from-home. It had all the facilities we needed, was close enough to everything we needed to barely need the car, and had a charm all if its own.
Nothing to dislike.

The village was a central position for what we wanted to do. The property was available for the dates we wanted
Lack of parking. Heavy duvets. TV in top bedroom unusable. Nasty drain smell in garage. No extractor fan in bathroom and window didn't seem to open. Shortage of empty cupboards in kitchen. Only 4 small plates and shortages of other items of crockery. Wires dangling and visible under kitchen cupboards. Very out of date 'free' coffee in welcome pack.

Location of the property was really good. 5-minute walk to the waterfalls and local amenities. The property inside was very homely, clean and had everything we needed, even a manual to refer to things if we needed.
Will definitely return in the future!
