Super easy to get the keys and Gill was lovely throughout! We were only in Ingleton very briefly to do the Yorkshire Three Peaks and the location could not have been better for that purpose.

Beautiful cottage that exceeded my expectations. Loved the location, in Ingleton itself, next to the river. We had a peaceful lunch on the patio watching the river with a view of the viaduct, it was bliss. The cottage was very comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly want. Walking distance from pubs, fish & chip shop and coop. We enjoyed walking the waterfalls trail (walking distance from the cottage) but would love to stay again as there is so much more to explore from this central location.

Gillian was very helpful. The cottage is very comfortable & well equipped. Really good beds & bedding. We liked the furniture & decor plus the attractive ornaments. Handy for all the local amenities - shops, pubs & cafes. Nice walks. Peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is a beautiful cottage in the heart of a wonderful Yorkshire village. Been many times but this was our first stay.

Maybe it was us, but none of us could get the bottom oven lit!

The cottage is really comfortable and in a great location in Ingleton with easy access to the shops and pubs. We were staying just 3 nights so ate in the local pubs but you could easily self-cater as the kitchen is really well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The main bedroom is really large with a king sized bed and the bathroom is also large with a separate shower and bathtub. We had a question about the heating controls and Gill, our host responded really quickly and was super-helpful. The area is great for walks and we particularly enjoyed the Waterfall Trail. The nearby Three Horseshoes pub is really friendly has a quiz night on a Wednesday (we came second!) and the curry at the Wheatsheaf Inn was excellent. Parking on the road outside the cottage was no problem. We highly recommend Laburnum Cottage for your holiday in Ingleton. Thank you

Host was lovely, allowed us to have the cottage early without extra charge. The cottage was in a great location with all amenities you could possibly need. Very clean and comfy.

Location was good would be gorgeous in the summer, Ingleton is a lovely village. Great walks which we unfortunately couldn’t attempt due to travelling with elderly relatives

Had elderly parents with us who feel the cold more than we do. Was an issue that we couldn’t control the heating, all controlled remotely, you have to message the owner to have it adjusted. Our final night was particularly cold and the radiators were stone cold. Have stayed in many accommodations and have never not had access to the regulation of the temperature in the property. Felt really uncomfortable having to ask to have the heating turned up..was told by the owner that it was warm enough?

Gorgeous cottage in a brilliant place! Perfect walking distance from the waterfall trails and right near the middle of the village centre. Number of shops and places to eat nearby. Gill was really lovely to communicate with and clearly enjoys sharing this lovely location with visitors! Little treats left for us to arrive to and a beautifully kept property that was a pleasure to stay in. Instructions for accessing the property once there were easy to follow and a travel cot was provided which was a great help on what was our first weekend away as a family with a new baby!

The house was too cold with no way of us turning the central heating on, despite us leaving the house in immaculate condition and stripping all the bedding as requested, it took 10 days & a complaint to get our deposit back.

Cosy cottage. Nice fire. Excellent bath and loads of hot water! River at the back and views of the viaduct.

We loved how comfy the sofas and beds were, perfect after a lot of walking. It was wonderful to have the river flowing at the back. Everything in the village was easily accessible on foot which was great. No need to pack loads of food as lots of availability in the village. The smart TV was a big hit so we could log in to Netflix after a busy day!

Lovely, deceivingly spacious cottage. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Everything you could need in the kitchen and a spacious dining area inside and out on the wee patio area, with a magical view of the river and viaduct. The neighbours are nice too! There’s also LOADS to do in the local vicinity and a handy base for day trips driving out and about.

Such a well equipped, cute little cottage. Perfectly placed in Ingleton for the little village centre and the waterfalls. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and so peaceful and quiet. Perfect spot for a getaway in North Yorkshire

Nothing to do with the cottage, but so many mosquitos due to heat and being so close to the water so pack insect repellent if going in warm weather

parking can be difficult - no assigned space and if it’s busy you can end up parking far away.

the cottage was gorgeous- very spacious but cosy. the river could be heard which was lovely. ideal location to walk around the beautiful village. we will defo be returning! we did the Ingelton waterfall trail- which was very beautiful… but a very tough walk! plenty of pubs/ food places to relax in after. amazing fish and chips in the village! best we have ever had! we cannot fault our stay. our labrador Jack loved it too 😊 thank you 😊
