Excellent location with nice bedrooms and living room. Cafe next door, take away around the corner, pub is a very short walk away. Excellent view out the window.
Kitchen was a little cluttered and not as clean as the rest of the property (the rest of the property was spotless!)

Cosy flat, excellent view
There were no toilet rolls, food was left in the fridge also the fridge wasn’t clean. The window ledge in the kitchen and the draining board on the sink were dirty. There should have been a new dish cloth and pan scrubber for every changeover. The pan scrubbers that were there were worn down and greasy and the dish cloths had been used. A small amount of butter was left in the butter dish which smelt off. Thick dust along the top of the headboard in the rear bedroom. Whoever cleans the flat needs to be replaced.
