Enjoy teeing off on the golf course, or book in for fishing. On the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and close to the Forest of Bowland and Lake District (all under 20 miles), you can strike out on classic trails and enjoy views towards the Yorkshire Three Peaks. Ingleton’s waterfalls and caves (3 miles) add extra appeal for adventurous days out. High Bentham offers handy amenities including a supermarket, independent shops, pubs, cafes and takeaways, plus a tourist information point, so you can pick up local produce and plan each day with ease.
Step into your pod to find a welcoming open-plan living space designed for easy holiday relaxation. Settle on the seating to watch a film on the TV, or gather at the dining table for simple suppers prepared in the compact kitchenette. When it’s time to turn in, rest your head on the super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request at booking), with bed linen provided for a restful night’s sleep. The en-suite shower room includes a shower and WC, with towels and complimentary toiletries to help you travel light. Thoughtful touches such as sockets and USB charging points keep things practical, while adjustable electric heating ensures a comfortable temperature year-round. The pod accepts dogs; due to the size, one large dog or two small dogs are recommended.
Outside, each pod features a covered private deck with a table and chairs for a morning brew or al fresco meals when the weather allows. The pods sit amid the fairways of Bentham Golf Course, so expect open green views and a tranquil feel. Golf is available on-site; please contact the park directly to check availability and charges. Fishing can also be booked in advance at Wenningdale's sister location; Riverside Caravan Park (LA2 7FJ) just 1.5 miles away. Guests can also make use of the on-site daytime bar and kitchen. Parking is in the main car park, a short walk from the pods; please unload at the pods and return your car to the car park, as there is no parking immediately outside the accommodation.
