Felt like home, had everything we needed.
There was no wood for the log burner and nowhere open.

The location was good.
Overall, it was good enough for one person and there were no major health and wellbeing issues.
There are a lot of small issues that add up as frustrating, indicating there is a lack of care in the support/upkeep of this accommodation, indicating a lack of interest in the customers.
I requested a date change but never received a response from the owner/manager/customer support, which is frustrating. If the answer was no, then that is OK. Not to respond is not OK.
The oven tray had a good amount of congealed fat in it when I arrived, meaning the cleaning/checking was not what would be expected.
The wall clock had no battery in it, so didn't work.
The laminate floor boards had many gaps between them.
The cooker hood extractor fan didn't work (the light did).
The info booklet seemed outdated with the typed paper overwritten with pen. This includes mentioning dishwasher tablets being available under the sink. However, there was no dishwasher at the location (or dishwasher tablets).
Chopping knives were all blunt.
Fridge door handle was broken off and under the sink.
Nails holding tiles in place in the bathroom above the door.
Significant amount of paint has come off around the large window at the stairs.

location is good
we could not get any heating on followed the instructions in the book to turn up the thermostat but to no avail upstairs was cold' its just a very basic cottage we have stayed in better for a lot less in ingleton a bit tired needs a few odd jobs sorting the heating for one the blind on the stairs would not work it rained heavy while we was there and the noise on the velux windows upstairs is very loud and you need a degree in electronics to get the tv on very complicated i think it was 3 remote controls to get the tv to work then had to use one for tv channels and other for volume but it is what it is lesson learned

Location.
Unfortunately we were so disappointed with this property.
The basement bedroom is damp and cold even in hot weather, and has very unpleasant dank smell. The Cottage is dirty and in need of a deep clean, in particular the floors.
There are a number of ceiling lights not working, bulbs needing replacing and in the bedroom with two single beds the ceiling fitting is loose.
In general the cottage has not been maintained and is now needing a full refurbishment. Location is excellent for the Falls, lots of shops and facilities within a few minutes walk.
However because of the poor condition of the property we would not recommend it, especially if travelling with children. The photos are not a true reflection of how run down and unclean the property is.

Greta location, plenty to explore arround, quick access to restaurants and shop. Good size kitchen and great internet.
We understand thah this is with dogs so we would not expect anything perfect. Iron missing, no mop to clean and no parking so could be challenging to find space as is close to village center. Ideal would be washing machine or at least Info where you can wash clothes.

Location lovely for walking and mooching. Living room/dining room superb space, lovely design. Dog friendly if that’s what you’re looking for. Neighbours friendly. Parking ok.
The basement bedroom was damp, not pleasant and we had to relocate to share with our children upstairs. Had been raining a lot but water on the floor in the morning in bedroom. Duvet covers and duvet like my old ones at home, fine but not a hotel thick and bouncy style! Did not spoil things but shame about the basement double.

The location was brilliant, everything was a short walk away. Lovely cottage
There was no car park but luckily plenty of road space available to park up and all within short walking distance

We stayed at Jasmine cottage - lovely property , perfect for our needs as a base for doing the 3 peaks. Clean, well equipped and quaint for 3 people. Very good value for money even compared to other comparable properties in the area.
A little on the small side but suited our needs

The cottage lovely and spacious and was in a good location easy to get to everything in village.
It was a shame there wasnt a bit of garden for dog to be let out into. As expected parking can be tight but managed to get parked near cottage..

Was very close to Ingleton waterfalls trail and in the village centre.Cottage was spacious and clean, kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed.
No reserved parking, but managed to find a spot. Shower room was quite small.

The space & the location
Toilet upstairs was leaking, would have liked the property to have a hairdryer

The host was amazing. we had an issue with the cooker and they immediately responded and resolved it the following morning .They threw in some good will for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. The cottage had everything you could need and was clean and tidy. The location was great and the fact pets were allowed was the icing on the cake . Thank you to the hosts!
You get what you pay for and there are a few minor issues that need tending to . Silly things like light bulbs need replacing, broken handles and wonky loo seats . If you want a palace pay the extra . All in all it's good value and pleasant enough for a couple .

Parking could be a problem

Wonderful and spacious cottage in the perfect location. Had everything we needed and a beautiful bath which helped after the long walks.
The little courtyard needs a tidy up and the gate didn't lock but those are just minor things.

Great location, lovely spacious kitchen and lounge, all well equipped. . The mattress was really comfortable. Lovely bathroom upstairs. Shower room downstairs.
Parking on the street outside was no problem.
Very quick text responses from owners.
Generally could do with a handy man to go and fix little bits like bathroom lights and secure the toilet seat, etc etc
Bedding could do with updating but was OK.
Three local pubs, The Wheatsheaf and The Craven Heifer, recommended.

Lovely cottage and position. Cosy and warm. Just wish we had looked what type of mattresses were on the beds, because they were so comfortable.
Nothing, apart from wanting to stay longer.

Beautiful little cottage right in the centre of ingleton village , it had everything we needed

Very nice little cottage for me, my partner and dog. Great location and easy free parking straight out of the front door. Only setbacks were the shower head was tied on the wall, so we couldn't adjust the height. The stairs were a bit tricky as they are varnished wood. When I woke up in the night and went down the stairs, I slipped and damaged my foot. Other than that it was brilliant for what we wanted. Would stay again.

Great location! Basic for the price. Didnt even provide a basic coffee/tea package for the morning - provided coffee machine with no pods or milk. Was freezing on entering but we managed to get it warmed up quickly,
Overall it was great for a one night stay.

Great location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. I loved the open plan kitchen and sitting area. We ordered food from a few local businesses which were all great quality. The local Co-op was very convenient.
Access to the house was down a narrow lane, which wouldn't be appropriate for larger vehicles. Although the kitchen was well set out, we were missing condiments, sugar etc. It was surprising to see the top floor bedroom be two single beds, as we assumed this would be the main bedroom.

Location is excellent.
We didnt get the cottage we were expecting. Pictures were very misleading. These are two seperate cottages and the one we got was unacceptable. Bedding did not smell clean and fresh. Double bed and single bed in same room unacceptable for a couple and a 16 year old to share. 16 year old ended up sleeping on 2 seater sofa downstairs. No windows upstairs, just skylights with no view. Downstairs was very pokey with one small window looking straight at chip shop. Dog hairs on sofa and not very clean at all. Tried to contact someone to discuss as we arrived but to no avail. Very dissapointed and mist deffinitely would not recommend. A shame as we were really looking forward to this. It might have been a different story had we got the cottage we were expecting but after the cleanliness issues we would not stay here again. I guess the people before us didnt pay the £25 cleaning fee that we had to pay as it didnt look like it had been cleaned.

Lovely communal space
Right in the town centre
Walks straight from property
Lovely fish and chips opposite
Great value for money
The double entrance to the upper bathroom (this is clearly marked on the property details, it just didn't suit us )
Outside bins were full and not emptied but prob a council issue

Central location
Warm and cosy
Not enough towels for the amount of people booked

The location was great m, very spacious and comfortable to stay in
The living room was too dark in the evenings even with the lamps and main light on - a slightly brighter bulb would be good
9.0 / 10.0
Delightful cottage in heart of lovely village. Great for accessing the Dales which suited our active family and our dog! Beautifully decorated and clean.
The only fault was that the lighting in the lounge was very poor and not helped by the fact that the bulb was gone in the main standard lamp.
