The house is very convenient having good access.
The patio at the rear of the property, we assumed to be fenced but it is a part of a right of way to the neighbouring property which was a shame as it would have been nice to have a cuppa outside.
The loo is downstairs, which is fine but not all that obvious, in a tiny space which thankfully we were all fit an able to use but someone with limited mobility or large, might have struggled with.

The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable

It was far too hot re Aga and only 1 toilet which was downstairs. My bed was very uncomfortable.
