Better lighting in the kitchen would help heaps

The house is very convenient having good access.
The patio at the rear of the property, we assumed to be fenced but it is a part of a right of way to the neighbouring property which was a shame as it would have been nice to have a cuppa outside.
The loo is downstairs, which is fine but not all that obvious, in a tiny space which thankfully we were all fit an able to use but someone with limited mobility or large, might have struggled with.

Perfect location
The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable

The location was great, we managed to park 2 cars not far from the cottage. There was 2 couples and like the king sized beds which felt clean. Shower large.
It was set up for 4 adults and only 2 wine glasses, 2 Prosecco glasses and no gin glasses. The lighting in the kitchen low wattage so difficult at night with games. The stairs carpet needs replacing. The couches in the front room not very comfortable. The yard is not enclosed and it says a starter pack for the fire so would except one small pack of logs.
