Comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped
There is no parking other than on a nearby road where unfortunately our car was damaged overnight. The towbar must have caused them more damage than us thankfully

A lovely, quiet little cottage fully equipped with everything you need (iron, plenty of toilet roll, hand wash, towels and lots more essentials) Loved the decor and the laundry room was really handy for washing and drying our towels and bathing costumes if visiting the local outdoor pool. We enjoyed the outdoor area although small and not very private, it was great for coming back and enjoying the last of the sun.
The beds were very comfy, bathroom and shower was clean. Downstairs toilet clean and well equipped. Despite being terraced we didn’t hear any noise from either side, very quiet and peaceful!
The cottage was the perfect base for days out (we visited Windermere and Kendal). We loved being able to walk to the local pub and enjoy the lovely beer garden and enjoyed the local Italian restaurant - plenty of options to eat nearby. I’d get essentials on the way next time as the local coop was expensive for some items (cereal etc) We enjoyed the outdoor pool which was within walking distance, one of our favourite activities of the weekend. Great little park right beside it and our daughter loved watching the butterflies - such a beautiful area to explore near the pool.
We will definitely be visiting Ingleton again
It was very busy when we arrived and there is no designated parking area so we struggled to get parked but the hosts responded very quickly to offer advice!

Nicely renovated old cottage in nice village. Easy access to many attractions in the area. Located on quiet village street. Free parking on street was not a problem. I am quite tall so had to be careful with head height on the stairs and entering the toilet. Brand new range installed. Would have preferred a bigger fridge/freezer, especially if you were staying longer. Good communication with owners.
See above.

Location is great for accessing local attractions, such as the Waterfalls Trail or the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. It is also within easy reach of all the local shops, pubs, restaurants. The cottage was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities great. Washing machine, if you need it for a longer stay.
The only slight negative is the cooking being on an AGA - it wasn't a problem for us, as we ate out for the 2 nights we were there and I also have an AGA at home. But for anyone unfamiliar with cooking on an AGA it might present an interesting challenge. However, there is a microwave too.

The village is lovely, great location for a short trip with lots to do on your doorstep for such a small place (pubs, shops, restaurants, & walks). The accommodation was very nice, felt quite homely with a wood-burning stove, AGA to cook on, and a nice shower/sink room.
The Toilet was small, cramped & uncomfortable enough I was sometimes just waiting to find somewhere out for the day to use. There was also a fairly large gap around the door, making you feel a bit exposed while using it.
While I had fun trying out the AGA it wasn't the easiest to cook on, and I could easily see it being a nuisance for anyone using it to cook for the whole trip or for more than a couple of people. I'd recommend adding an air fryer & maybe a standalone induction hob (just one you can plug in to the wall socket) as alternatives/to supplement the AGA. It'd be a shame to lose it as it's a good selling point (& helped swing it for us when choosing to book).

The Aga took too long to heat up for food. Would be helpful to turn it on for a when guests arrive.
Alternatively maybe provide another form of oven cooking eg air fryer

Cottage is on the High Street and only a short walk to local Pubs/Bars, takeaways, restaurants and convenience stores.
Cottage itself is very nicely presented, a cosy lounge with open fire and TV. Good sized kitchen (including AGA oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, cups and plates etc and table to seat 4. Small rear extension with Fridge, Washing machine and toilet - also access to small patio at rear. Upstairs, two good sized rooms with double beds and wardrobes. Also a shower room. All very nicely decorated and cosy. Free internet.
Owners very friendly and accommodating.
No upstairs toilet, only downstairs - minor inconvenience.
No allocated parking, but easy enough to find a spot not far down the road.

Mattress a bit squeaky
Great location, plenty of parking spaces, walking distance (30 secs) to the local pub with great food, very close (5 mins walk) to the Waterfalls Trail. Cottage in itself very cosy and very warm, nice woodburner, very clean. Hosts provided wine, milk, coffee and tea which were very much appreciated. Would definitely return

Loved the area, it was beautiful, cottage was cosy and comfortable.
I was a bit disappointed at the outside area at the back of cottage, on pictures looked like a small yard but it was the neighbours aswell and was wide open, couldn't let dog out without being on a lead.

Nothing to dislike, everything spot on.

The beds were comfy and the cottage quirky and quaint.
The windows rattled in the wind and need some TLC as two panes of glass are cracked. Hence we didn't open them.

Very convenient position in the village, near to shops/bars and ideal for the Ingleton waterfall walk. The hosts clearly try hard to provide all necessities. Clean and tidy on arrival.

Cozy cottage in a fantastic location - plenty to do in the village and a perfect spot to explore the Dales or drive into the Lake District. Hosts were great at providing information and were quick to communicate. The cottage is well appointed and immaculately clean.

Toilet was not convenient in downstairs in utility extension area.

The property was immaculately clean!! A lovely bottle of Malbec and biscuits were left on arrival, as well milk in the fridge and ice in the freezer! The blow dryer was also more than adequate for thick hair, which I often worry about when away! The welcome folder has everything you need to know and videos on the property Facebook page are very helpful if you aren't familiar with using an AGA. The location of the cottage could not be any better!! We didn't have to use the car once during our stay as everything is within walking distance! The parking spot was really handy, too!! Communication with the hosts was faultless!! Thank you
The garden is a small, un-fenced patio area that is communal with the neighbouring terraces (the neighbours we met were exceptionally friendly). This isn't a problem though, as you have the most glorious countryside on your doorstep!! There are also two big grass patches by the front door to be able to take the dog for the toilet!!

Great location, pubs close by. Lovely cottage with everything you need.
Could do with a blind over the back door for when you get up for the loo in the night!

My partner and I came up for a nice relaxing long weekend away for our anniversary. The cottage felt really homely and the hosts cath and Steve were very helpful and accommodating. Free WiFi, board games to play and dvds on standby for the wetter days. It was great to find a place that accepts dogs too, our toy poodle had a lovely stay. The cottage itself is merely a stone throw away from the Ingleton falls trail and all the essential amenities you need. We would deffinetly return in the future.

Great cottage in a fantastic location. Ingleton is wonderful and so many places to visit or walk are nearby. The cottage itself has 2 king beds and a fold out. The wood burning is a charm and the cottage has everything you might need! Collected the keys from a lock box and put them back when we left, everything was clean and tidy and instructions on everything were clear as day. Plenty of places to eat and a co-op down the road.
Parking was a challenge as we stayed Thursday-Sunday. The usual parking space in front of next door was taken most of the time so I had to pay and display.
