Villa Rosalia

Fantastic location, both in terms of having the sea at the bottom of the garden and being close to everything from shops to bars etc

Dated, needs modernisation. Sofa on ground floor not big enough (only good for seating 3). Tv is small and audio doesn’t work properly.

The beach front position is amazing and very peaceful

It’s very dated through out and could do with a full makeover including the pool and patio area.

Location - close to supermarket, street shops, restaurants - 5 min driving distance. The villa is positioned directly on the sea coast. Although there is no beach, swimming is possible. Nearest beach is also 5 min driving distance. Paphos is a 30 min driving distance and the same as the airport. Great view and sunsets. If you want to stay home , there is sun all day long and sun loungers are available. The host Kate is very welcoming and helpful.

Villa is rather old and as for standart it corresponds to a 3 star hotel with old furniture, TV with crippled sound etc. There is no garden, just gravel with several shrubs on it. The environment is rather noisy - you will be able to hear traffic noise and also constant all day/night humming noise from some sort of water treatment station or something like that. There will not be much privacy because the territory is accessible from the seaside with occasional gawkers and on both sides of adjacent villas will be coming gardeners, pool cleaners, window cleaners, some repair work makers etc.

Vše odpovídalo popisu, skvělá poloha, blízko k moři a zároveň blízko do centra, byli jsme velmi spokojeni.
