The main Strip and its array of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars are less than 5 minutes' walk away and the blue flag beach of Coral Bay is just a little bit further. At the villa, there is a gated private swimming pool, spacious outside terrace and 3 en suite bedrooms. Air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms, a heated pool and WiFi are included.
Villa Philios is located in a residential area close to the main Strip of Coral Bay resort. All amenities including bars, restaurants and shops are less than 5 minutes' walk away. Just a little further brings you to the sandy blue flag beach of Coral Bay. What's more the traditional village of Peyia is just a short taxi ride away. The villa sits beside its sister Villa Plus property - Villa Marios - making it ideal for friends and families who wish to holiday together and retain their own privacy.
Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1 - 2.35 mtr depth.
Pool heating is not available during July and August.
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
In line with local energy saving initiatives, the air conditioning/heating is on a timer which operates for 4 hours, after which it can be reset for a subsequent 4 hour period.
