The main Strip and its array of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars is less than 5 minutes' walk away and the blue flag beach of Coral Bay is just a little bit further. Back at the villa you will have a private gated swimming pool, spacious outside terrace and distant sea views. What's not to love? Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.
Villa Marios is less than 5 minutes' walk from the main Strip of Coral Bay and its blue flag beach. This house is ideal for those who don't want to hire a car with all the shops, bars and restaurants on their doorstep. What's more the traditional village of Peyia is just a short taxi ride away. The villa sits beside its sister Villa Plus property - Villa Philios, making it ideal for friends and families who wish to holiday together and retain their own privacy.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
In line with local energy saving initiatives, the air conditioning/heating is on a timer which operates for 4 hours, after which it can be reset for a subsequent 4 hour period.
