Villa Marina Sunrise by Ezoria Villas

Nice, quiet location, 10 minute walk from local shops and restaurants. About 20 minute drive to nearest Lidl (local supermarkets inevitably very expensive). Lovely sea views and nice walk along the coast from the rear of the property. Large outside space. Overall we had a lovely break.

Responsiveness from the management company was good via WhatsApp, but typically answers to questions took 2-3 days. Garden is overlooked due to the coastal path. Main bathroom's shower screen leaks, leaving water all over the floor. There is only a single hairdryer that is not moveable between rooms. There are a limited number of electrical sockets. Kitchen layout is a little awkward - the fridge doesn't have the vegetable drawers which makes storage problematic. No mid-stay cleaning service was provided and there were no cleaning supplies such as washing-up liquid, kitchen cleaner or bathroom cleaner. There was also no spare bed linen and no practical way to dry sheets if guests chose to wash them themselves. Expecting guests to sleep on the same sheets for a fortnight in the Cypriot summer, without any means of obtaining or laundering fresh bedding, falls well below what we would expect from a villa in this price bracket. Duvets were provided without duvet covers on arrival. After contacting the management company and chasing this up, covers arrived two days later, still sealed in their original packaging. The artificial grass is faded and worn, and several broken sun loungers have been left stored at the side of the property beneath a bedroom window. The covers on the outdoor coffee seating area were dirty, with visible stains including children’s footprints. Privacy is also an issue. The neighbouring villas are very close, with bedroom windows directly facing one another. As there are no voile curtains or similar privacy screens, the choice is either to keep the blinds closed and the room dark or leave them open and sacrifice privacy. All of our group sufferred a large number of insect bites. A local pharmacist suggested that bedbugs could potentially be responsible for some of the bites, although we were unable to identify a definitive source. The TV provides access to pirated content - this may be an issue for some guests.

perfekte Lage, nahe dem Meer und einem wunderschönen Strand. Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem nahe zu Restaurants ( in Gehweite ) und Geschäften sowie sehr netten chilligen Bars mit Sundownern. Der Pool ist ausreichend gross und das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers David, er war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar.

The villa was perfect. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely pool and garden with a great view over the sea. Just 5 minutes walk into the centre of Coral Bay. The agent's staff from Exoria were excellent- friendly and helpful and easy to contact if required. We will definitely rent one of their villas again.

Very beautiful location and close to restuarants and shops

The beds are too old and uncomfortable.It will be real nice to have new matresses.The outdoor cushions were not clean .
