Villa Casa Mia is a 4 bedroom villa providing a charming retreat for a party of eight or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus.
The villa has its own private 10x5 swimming pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever shining Mediterranean sun.
The villa is located in a Villa complex, offering a clean, quiet and well built environment with a walking distance location to all the needed amenities, restaurants and shops. The popular Coral Bay, a 500 meter long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is a 5 mins walk from Villa Casa Mia.
An abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food are present in the Coral Bay strip which is only an 8 mins walk from Villa Casa Mia. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.
The swimming pool has variable depths (0.90 x 2.20) in addition to flood lights making it a safe and relaxing option at night. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with a six piece comfortable dining set.
The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space and is furnished with solid quality and modern furniture with comfortable sun beds and rattan sofas setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility.
Through high sliding doors you will be able to access the fully air conditioned living room which is furnished with two leather beige sofas gathered around the modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).
The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one is furnished with a queen size bed whilst the other with two single beds with a shared bathroom providing ease for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests.
The second floor has 2 large air-conditioned rooms which can accommodate 4 adults with ease. The master bedroom being en-suite whilst the second bedroom sports a queen size bed with a bathroom.
Both rooms have direct access onto a veranda which is comfortably furnished with a rattan set providing elevated views onto the swimming pool and garden area. All 4 rooms boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging.

Villa was adequate and had most things from photo, it’s a good location and we had a nice time but a little disappointed on the quality and finish of the villa We stayed to villa next door a few years ago which was far superior. Rooms need a more homely feel to them and all mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable especially the twin rooms. Wardrobes lacked a hanging rail in the twin and limited hangers.

Such a beautiful villa in a great location. We really loved our stay. Easy check in process and the property manager was very helpful. One tiny thing to fault was that it wasn't sparkling clean. The pool was quite dirty when we arrived and even though the pool person came once in the week we was there they made no attempt to give it a sweep over or clean. Although that didn't really affect our amazing week that we had. Will 100% be returning.
