Villa Aqua Sunrise 1km From Beach With Sea Views

Harry/host was good at communication & on hand for any issues if required. Pool was very warm. Plenty of space & sun lounges. Drive for the car. Great view over the sea.

The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood with a breathtaking view from the windows. Within just a few minutes’ walk there are many restaurants and bars.

The house definitely needs a deep cleaning. The windows, cabinets, shower, bed covers, etc. were not clean. Some basic items were also missing, such as teaspoons, small pots, and similar everyday kitchen essentials.

This villa is in an excellent location, only a 10 minute walk from resturants and bars, not far from the beach, has a great sea view, there is alot of space we were only a party of 3 but even if there was the max 7 people it would be spacious. The garden/pool gets lots of sun but there is always shade to find if you need it. We really enjoyed our stay. The roof terrace is great shame there is no sunbeds up there!

All the bathrooms need updating and the one downstairs had some mouldy silcon and the shower tray needed bleaching. the sheets on the downstairs bed had stains on it, looked like fake tan, I wash these and they came clean! there was a mouldy chopping board, one of the banisters was wobbly( the host did offer to tighten it up) there was only 2 bedside lamps on 6 bedside table assume they have got broken overtime and haven't been replaced. The BBQ had no grill so couldn't use. most of the furniture could do with updated, this could be a luxury Villa

Location was great with nice sea views Pool was a great spot for us and the kids and grandkids , close to coral bay strip with restaurants and bars in easy walking distance

Having stayed in one of these villas previously, different owner, we were really disappointed. The outside furniture was like old sports bar furniture with rusty table legs and cheap plastic and not what I would expect for the money paid. There was no outdoor sofa or beds on top floor, sink on outside top floor kitchen broken. Windows all dirty in arrival. Had to supply all bin bags for rubbish and toilet, no one cleaned or changed bedding or towels in 10 day stay. Empty appliance boxes in hall cupboard but none of the appliances in the villa, except iron. The ironing board was something from the 1960’s. The crockery and cutlery were cheap, bargain pieces sold in the main supermarket for around €1 , no decent glasses. Had to buy dishwasher soap and sponges. The bed downstairs held 1 leg on by a single screw, it broke so had to come out and mend it properly but only after we had to prop up with a rolled up duvet topper. The duvet toppers stank of stale body odour, even thought they were left outside to air. There were no hangers in 2 rooms and so we (6) had to dare with 3 each and live out of our cases. The place needs money investment to make it worth the £2000 we paid, the owners should be ashamed , the pictures on the site show lit looking modern and nice but no reflection on the reality, the staff work with what they have, this is not worth the money , try somewhere else . The barbecue was a rust bucket, we made it work but had to buy a meat rack to put on it. The bathrooms were plenty but grout was brown in places and mangy to look at. So sad as it could be lovely
