Large Detached Villa with Private Pool and Sea Views - VILLA ALMAR

We have just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay at Villa Almar, arriving in June and returning July 2026. There were 5 adults and 3 children in our group, and the villa was absolutely perfect for all of us.The villa itself is amazing – the location, the breathtaking views, and the property are all outstanding. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the Coral Bay strip, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants and a children’s play area. Coral Bay Beach is also only around a 10 minute walk away, and there’s even a small, quiet beach just a 2–3 minute walk from the villa through the back gate and across the road.For shopping, we used Philippos Supermarket, which is about a 5 minute taxi ride or a 20 minute walk away. A great bonus is that if you spend over 40, Philippos provides a free taxi ride back to the villa.From the moment we booked, Lynn and Alison were in touch straight away, answering all of our questions promptly. Their excellent communication made us feel reassured before we even arrived. We also had the pleasure of meeting them both during our stay, which was a lovely personal touch.I would recommend Villa Almar 100% to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Coral Bay. One of the best villas I have stayed in. Amazing location, modern kitchen with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. The pool was cleaned twice a week and just the perfect size with ample lawn chairs and umbrellas.Beautiful view from a large balcony on the 2nd floor. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful villa. You will not be disappointed.

We have just returned from a 11 night stay in this beautiful viĺla. We travelled for our daughters wedding and extended our stay. There was 4 adults and a 3 year old staying at the villa and it had plenty of space and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, the outside space was very clean and well kept and plenty of outside furniture complete with BBQ and pool towels. The pool guy and gardeners kept the place lovely. We had the family round the day after the wedding to chill and spend some quality time with the grandkids and we all loved it. You are no more than a 10 min walk to the strip with regular buses to paphos and we also used the recommended taxi guy who was always avaliable to take us or pick us up but would also recommend coral bay taxis as weĺl and the company on the strip. Good choice of bars and restaurants, it was a very busy 10 days as i had a big birthday when away also so unfortunately didn't get to try them all but 1 at the end has a lovely little play park for the kids which was great. The big supermarket philippos was fab and will drop you off with your haul. Check in and check out was very helpful and straightforward and communication with alison at management company and the owners was extremely helpful, and lovely and helped. I must comment and say with everything going on in the region and say that we did not see or hear anything and had no concerns. Wonderful stay, fab experience for such a special occasion and quality family. Xxx

Although we never met our host they were in touch to ensure that everything was ok this villa has an unbelievable sea view and is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay the pool area is exceptional and we were pleasantly surprised with the welcome pack we received on arrival the hosts have done a fantastic job and you will be hard pressed to find better
