About this villa rental
Lux villa Sunrise, 5 bedroom, on the first line. The layout of the living room is open-plan with large opening windows and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, the dining area has a large glass table with 8 chairs. The living room has a comfortable large sofa and a glass coffee table, a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a fan lamp and a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the villa. A few steps from the living room is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning. Large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Downstairs, on the lower floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a baby cot and a sofa with armchairs with a coffee table. Side door, leads to the patio and pool area.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fan lamps, built-in wardrobes and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The master bedroom has a large double bed with a toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. On the floor there is a shared bathroom with a bath and toilet.
Near the pool there is a spacious area for relaxing and sunbathing. Swimming pool with heated water and fountains. Barbecue area. From the villa you can go down to the walking area under the villa and swim in the sea. Go to the sand stone, we recommend special water slippers.
The villa has free internet access.
Electricity is paid separately by the meter at 0.3 cents per KWat (in cash).
The pool heating is electric, so you just pay for the electricity.
In winter, if necessary, the heating of the house is paid separately 25 euros per day.
A refundable deposit of 1000 euros is paid upon arrival in cash.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa. Only on the street. Fine of 1000 euros
For the duration of your stay, we provide towels (bath, hand, beach), as well as bed linen.
If you accidentally break glasses or plates during your stay, please buy a similar one.
Please take out the garbage once a day and do not feed street cats because they get ants.
We can arrange for you a transfer from the airport, as well as what you will need during your vacation.

Beautiful, breathtaking views and a stunning, ultra modern villa. Had the most wonderful stay with family in this villa. Perfect location, around 5/10 minute walk just up 1 straight road to the main strip of bars and restaurants. Fantastic outside barbecue and the pool was perfectly heated. Great outdoor furniture. Nothing negative to say. Ekaterina was the perfect host, greeting us really late after our flight and showing us around the villa and offering us some advice on places to see and visit. Great communication and even allowed us to use another villa for the day as we had a late flight home. Greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a big family vacation. The property was exactly like the pictures and description. The views were stunning from the property. It was equipped with everything you needed.
Ekatarina, the property Manager was wonderful. You could contact her about anything and she would get back to you straight away or come round. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t thank her enough for meeting us late at night after our flight was delayed and showing us round the property.
We all loved it here and hope to go back one day soon.

Wow, what an amazing villa, spotlessly clean. Views are fabulous, both by the pool and upper terrace. It pretty much had everything you needed. We decided to opt for pool heating as it was mid November, we were really lucky to have lovely weather and used the pool a lot. We also went in the sea at the end of the garden and saw a turtle. The contact with the management company was brilliant. Close by Coral Bay strip and bus stops. I would certainly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity.
