Coral Blue Bay Villa

The location was lovely. 5 minutes from the beach and about 10 mins from the town. The villa was perfect for a large group and it had plenty of seating areas inside and out. The host was there to greet us and had got a welcome pack of wine, beer, bread butter. The beds were comfortable and aircon if needed throughout. Plenty of cooking utensils, plates dishes etc. Dishwasher and washing machine in the villa and dishwasher tablets and washing powder provided. The pool was beautiful and we didn't feel overlooked on the patio. There was even an ice-cream van that came down from a little road ro the beach and he would stop at the bottom of the villa for us to buy ice-cream from the patio. The host was easy to message, and advised us when house keeping were arriving.

Nothing it was fabulous. If I'm being picky we could have done with a few more mugs, and we needed to buy dishcloths.

Everything about this villa is great. The location - a two minute walk to Coral Bay beach. The pool - brilliant The villa - four good bedrooms and plenty of bath/shower rooms. It’s only a nice ten minute walk to the strip. I would 100% recommend!!

Asukoht rannale väga lähedal. Mõnesaja meetri kaugusel restoranid ja minimarket. Suur bassein, imeline merevaade päeval ja tuledes mägedevaade õhtul. Piisavalt vannitube, rätikuid, voodipesu. Võõrustaja oli külmkappi jätnud õlut,mahla,karastusjooki,võid,saia. Samuti kohvi, õli, kätepaber. Majapidamistarbeid oli väga palju kapis ootamas (puhastusained, nõudepesuvahendid, wc-paber, grill-süsi, ühekordsed nõud)

Esimese korruse dušialus lasi vett läbi. Noad oleks võinud teravamad olla kuna tegime palju süüa.

The location was great. The outdoor pool was a good size and had plenty of chairs and space to sit.

When we walked in, it seemed very dirty as the fans were coated in dust, the toilets were very stained, the walls were covered in marks, the top floor smelled very bad, and quite a few things were broken or in disrepair. These included one of the fans not working in the bedrooms (they said this just happened), the shutters being broken and left on the floor outside the middle floor bedroom (this also just happened apparently), the blinds on the top floor not working/being broken, and the handle on the downstairs bathroom being broken. The downstairs bathroom lock was also broken meaning it locked when closed and then we had to wait for a locksmith to open it. The cleaner came back and cleaned two fans downstairs, but they did not clean the ones in the bedrooms and we had to clean them ourselves before using the fans. The host listed a safe and a dryer on amenities. There was neither. After asking we found we had to get some things from the house next door, but there was no book or information on the house at all without asking each time. The smell upstairs means we could not use the rooftop/top floor. We also did not have any water one day for 10 hours and had to pay to use a hotel to shower and go to the bathroom. This was all in all a very bad experience for our family. It would not take a lot to maintain this property but the state of it currently and disrepair makes me very worried for upcoming visitors.
